Trip to China August 2011

Shifu Heng Wei from the Tang Long School together with Shifu Yang from Shaolin Culture have organised a training trip to China for their students from 8th-25th August.

Starting in Beijing they will be visiting the Great Wall and Forbidden City (Palace Museum) before heading off to Shaolin for some training.

It’s very warm over there now so it will be early morning starts of running up mountains to set the pace for the day. The trip will also include sight seeing opportunities but the main focus will be to experience full on training and real Chinese culture. We will update picture and news when they return.
