Shifu Yang

Shifu Yang is a 34th generation Disciple of Venerable Shi Yong Xin the Abbot of Shaolin Temple and was given the Disciple name Shi Yan Ke.

He has been studying Shaolin Martial Arts for more than twenty years beginning his training at a young age. He had spent many years training and learing from the Masters within the walls of Shaolin Temple China . Shifu Yang has been teaching in the UK since 2003 and has many students worldwide. He is a Master of Traditional empty handed forms, weapons forms, San Shou (Chinese kickboxing) and Qi Gong (Internal breathing exercises strengthening organs and regulating breathing).
