Euro Wu Shu Championships

The next competition coming up this year is a collaboration between UK Shaolin Temple and Wrekin Wushu.

Traditional hand and weapon forms and San Shou. Lion & Dragon Dancing plus performances by the Shaolin Masters and special guests!

October 21-27th 2010:

The 8th Zhengzhou China International Shaolin Wushu Festival

Althletes from more then 60 countries and regions will be taking part in this spectacular competition. The event is being organised by the General Administration of Sports of China and The People's Government of Henan Province and undertaken by the Chinese Wushu Association.

28th-31st October 2010:

WTKA International Oriental and Martial Marathon
Massa Carrara – Italy

One of the largest martial arts events in Europe is taking place in Italy from 28-31st October. Open to all associations, clubs and federations. There will be 90 nations competing, 37 tatamis, 3 rings and one cage with 40 different styles on offer and in excess of 4000 athletes competing.

There will be a Shaolin exhibition team lead by the venerable Shi Yan Da from the G:uan Yin Temple and you have the chance to compete against some of the very best in Europe. For more information about attending, competing or just going along please see the link and contact details below.
